Aloha,

It’s a jungle out there… go tribal!”
For me it all started some forty years ago... back in the mid 60s. I was running about in my thirteenth year... smack dab in the middle of the Gidget-Frankie beach blanket bingo surf craze, as well as the explosion of the psychedelic folk rock music scene. The two fused together like Hawaiian shave ice and a hot tropical day.
It seems the lure of the island cultures meshed perfectly with the emerging southern California surf scene.
Quickly adopting it’s free and easy beach boy lifestyle that was spreading like summer wildfire throughout the coastal areas around the world.
Slipping and sliding in the blue waves of the Pacific. “Hanging loose” in knee length baggies and twisting in the sand...while the echo of pulsating bongos kept that crazy beat we’ve come to know and love as “Hawaiian surf style” and those cool idols of “Tiki”.
Tiki Sol island gear is inspired from the artistic folklore of ancient Pacific rituals. Stylishly crafted into present day apparel for natives of leisure who enjoy “going tribal”.
Aloha-ho
